Vigor 4-Star OL returning to Alabama for another visit
Lori Schmidt / Columbus Dispatch / USA TODAY NETWORK

Micah DeBose is set to return to Alabama for another trip this weekend.

DeBose is a four-star 2025 offensive lineman out of Vigor High School in Alabama. He holds offers from some of the nation’s top college football programs, including Georgia, Ohio State, Tennessee and others. He is making a return trip to Tuscaloosa Friday, and this visit appears to be a really good sign for the Tide.

This will be DeBose’s second trip to Tuscaloosa since Kalen DeBoer and his staff were hired. He is also expected to officially visit Alabama in the future.

Alabama’s new staff has appeared to make DeBose a priority. He was one of the first recruits they visited after they were hired.

“I really bonded with the new staff a lot too, Coach DeBoer and Coach Wommack,” DeBoer said. “I’m bonding with them a lot. They’re good people. So, I definitely feel like Alabama is in good hands.”

At 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds, Debose is already considered one of the nation’s top 2025 offensive tackles. He paves the way for Vigor’s running attack as he destroys defenders while run blocking in space as he has shown an ability to get to the second level.
